What Is Choir Nation?
Choir Nation is a unique team-building experience for Canadian employees and companies. We offer a wide variety of events – all of them designed to let your employees form a choir with their colleagues and sing their hearts out!
Choir Nation puts participating employees into 10-25 person choirs, pairs each choir with a celebrated Canadian musician, trains each choir to sing original and cover songs, and then puts on a concert for friends, family, and co-workers. Choir Nation is the first Canadian company to use choir singing as a corporate team-building experience.
Choir Nation can add a choir singing element to your pre-existing corporate events (corporate retreats, golf tournaments and company meetings at conferences and conventions) or create a pre-programmed ‘template’ event for your company: An Evening With Choir Nation (cooperative) or Battle of the Choirs (competitive).
As an introduction to what Choir Nation does, companies can sign up for Choir Break – a 90-minute choir singing lesson by one of our Musical Directors at your office, during which the employees learn and then perform one song. It’s a great (and low-cost) way to break up the workday!
Harmonies For Health is Choir Nation’s newest offering: a chance to sing in the beautiful acoustics of a hospital atrium or conservatory in order to raise money for the hospital – and raise the spirits of the patients!
Choir Nation donates 6% of all our profits to three music-related charities.
